Our menu changes regularly, with new specials on the board.
We use high-welfare, locally sourced produce and run a zero-waste kitchen. That means we’d rather sell out than overstock—especially when it comes to meat.
Outstanding quality of produce, bold flavours, cooked over live fire or slow-smoked using sustainably sourced Sussex oak & coal.
We smoke fresh throughout the night for the following service, based on bookings and a limited amount for walk-ins.
While we can’t guarantee every item will be available, we will always have a strong selection and beautiful specials.
