We source high welfare local produce & run our kitchen with a zero food waste ethos. This means we allow items to sell out rather than overstock to waste, this is especially important to us with our meat products.
Simple food with big bold authentic flavours. All cooked over live-fire or slow smoked using sustainably sourced Sussex oakwood.
The night before each service we smoke enough to cover all bookings plus a bit more for a few walk-ins.
Bookings will not always guarantee you the exact items you were hoping for but we will always have specials and the majority of menu items available for your booking.
