Our menu changes regularly, with new specials on the board.
We use high-welfare, locally sourced produce and run a zero-waste kitchen. We’d rather sell out than overstock—especially when it comes to meat.
Outstanding quality of produce, bold flavours, cooked over live fire or slow-smoked using sustainably sourced Sussex oak & charcoal.
We smoke throughout the night for the following service, in true Texas style the aim is to sell out daily, we smoke based on bookings and then a limited amount for expected walk-ins.
We make sure we have enough of our main line items for all bookings but for walk ins due to the small size of our pub, we can’t guarantee a seat and cannot guarantee every item on the menu will be available, if we sell out of a main item we usually have a strong replacement and a good team of specials on the boards, feel free to check with the staff what’s available.
